FieldDeck Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to FieldDeck's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. FieldDeck will retain your data for a minimum of 10 years from the date of your last active subscription. After that period, data will be safely and permanently purged from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy. You may request an export of your data at any time through Account Settings.

Subscription fees are billed annually. Your 30-day free trial begins on the date your payment method is authorised. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge. After the trial period, the annual subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

FieldDeck will not sell, share, or disclose your farm data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Full terms will be provided at fielddeck.ag/terms.
